In these conditions the following terms shall have the following meaning "The Business" means Euphonious Management. "Client" means the customer that engages the services of "The Business", which is Euphonious Management. "Invoice" means any agreement that engages the services of Euphonious Management by the "Client", where an agreed amount is payable to Euphonious Management by the "Client". Webpages are referred to as "Websites".
A fee is payable to Euphonious Management at an agreed hourly rate or gross amount plus GST, for services delivered by Euphonious Management to the "Client".
The "Client" shall pay the agreed fee on Euphonious Management’s "invoice" via the following payment process:
(i) A 50% deposit is required upon signing an agreement or emailed or verbal confirmation of the job.
(ii) The remaining 50% is due seven days after delivery, unless otherwise stated on the invoice this shall be deemed the due date.
Euphonious Management may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amended Terms and Conditions shall be effective upon posting on these "Websites".
These "Websites" may provide links to other websites, which are not under the control of. Euphonious Management – and Euphonious Management shall not be responsible in any way for the content of such other websites. The inclusion of any link to any such websites does not imply endorsement by Euphonious Management of the content of such websites.
All rights in the content of these "Websites" not expressly granted herein are reserved worldwide.
